Being a human is hard.
Being a human interacting with other humans is even harder. As humans, we are hard wired to be in relationships. Relationships with others, with ourselves, with our community, with our surroundings, and with something bigger than all of those things.
Dear Dr. Diana Advice Column
In 2022, I started a local “Dear Abby” column in the Johnson City Press. It was my dream to give folks in my community a place to learn about and lean into evidence-based relational strategies. Two years later, I’m delighted to expand this resource to all How to Human community members.
